The Constitutional Court in Kenya is currently hearing a suit from the Friends of Jesus against the Republic of Italy, the State of Israel, Tiberius, the Emperor of Rome at the time; Pontius Pilate, the Governor of Judea; the Jewish Chief Priest; Jewish Elders; Jewish Teachers of the Law and King Herod, seeking a constitutional interpretation of the trial, sentencing, and punishment of Jesus.

Apparently, their complaint is that Israel and Italy, among other nations, continue to use a system based in Roman and Jewish law without acknowledging this past injustice and therefore condoning the initial abuse of the law.

"The petitioners request that in the alternative, all documentation be forwarded to the International Criminal Courts registry for their determination under the Roman Statutes."

I totally want to see the ICC deal with this one.
