Now, I tend to think that one of the most important solutions to the massive problem of credit card debt in this country is better financial education at the high school level. But that's a long-term solution, and cracking down on some of the excesses and abuses practiced by the companies makes a whole lot of sense. What do folks who are more economically-minded (say, actually work in business) think of these proposals?
