Instead, she'll come up to me, insert her wet nose underneath my wrist as I type, and flick up gently, making it unable for me to type or use the mouse effectively.

Betty/Betsy, our younger and more assertive dog (I call her "Betsy," my wife calls her "Betty," we agree on "Bette" -- it's a minor but long-standing disagreement), often sits on the floor right beside the chair, or sofa, one is occupying and repeatedly bumps against it with her rump if she thinks she's not getting enough attention. It's one of the strangest dog behaviors I've ever encountered.
