I agree with the other comments that it isn't a very well balanced article that doesn't examine all the evidence in a consistent way. The author does seem to be cherry-picking evidence that supports his opinions.
I have more thoughts on the tricky subject of gender bias in general and Title IX in particular, but have to run now!
