I believe she used the phrase "Never again" twice. The first time I wondered if it was appropriate to use a phrase associated with the Holocaust and genocide in general to refer to a financial crisis. The second time I accepted that it was deliberate, regardless of whether she was aware of the full significance of the phrase.
I didn't pick up on "those managing our money and lending us these dollars" as an anti-Semitic code phrase, but that doesn't mean it isn't one.
She clearly said enough questionable things during the debate that this one got somewhat lost, but it certainly fit into the pattern I saw of her emotional notes being somewhat off throughout the debate.
