Yeah... I did (sadly) know that they're considered optional by most insurance companies. Optional, my ass. I need them to chew. I have been dealing with this by covering my ears, chanting lalalalala, and planning to be the one person ever who makes it to 100 with all of them still functioning fine and implant-free.

... I perhaps ought to consider a back-up plan. :)
