So, I was all prepared for today to be really stressful. Eowyn is at the doctor's right now, and while she seems to be feeling much better, we won't know till later this afternoon if something's really wrong.
And then on Saturday, I got a message from my ob/gyn's office, saying, "Please call Monday to discuss your blood test results with Dr X." Now, Dr. X had told me that they'd only call me if something was wrong or problematic with my results, and it seemed kinda odd for them to be calling on Saturday to begin with. So I've been kinda stressed for the last two days, wondering what awful heretofore unknown disease I might have, as well as my sick puppy. I called at 8 AM this morning, to be told the doctor wasn't in yet and they'd call me back.
I just got the call. The all-important message? "Please tell Orichalcum that her blood test results are totally normal."
On the plus side, had a great weekend hanging out with Kara, got to go see the awesome Pompeii exhibit at the Field Museum to which I am shepherding 50 college students next weekend, and play-tested Round I of All's Fair, our new Aalterdam game for Anonycon.
Back to job application work.

And I hope that there are similarly happy results from the vet. *hug* Hang in there...
