I was never the kind of fan that ladybird97 or havenstone, but I enjoyed your first few books. I liked the complexity of your world and the strength of many of your female characters, at least in the beginning, and your magic system. Thank you for helping make epic fantasy popular again. I wish you had been able to tell a smaller story.

It's sad that as I think about the books, all the good bits are tainted for me now by the drek of the later ones. I hope that there's a way to separate out the chaff somehow.
