This sounds good -- I'm a big goat cheese fan (and generally like über-salty food). I have, however, never made ordinary bread myself, yet alone bread with scallion-bells and cheesy-whistles, so I'll just file this away for future reference.

So, I'm not a bread baker either, which is why I started out with this recipe, which was advertised as "the easiest bread to make ever."
