That was, for the record, meant sarcastically. I mean, yes, this was always the tv series willing to kill millions of people in its opening moments, including babies, but...people still used to enjoy themselves occasionally, y'know? There were, um, dances...and triad games, and the Wonder Twins doing daring piloty feats. And the sheer amusing wackiness of Baltar and HeadSix. And now...well, yes, I get why they're all angsting, but...

ladybird97 last night, "You know the various LARPs that have as a point trying to really push the PCs to their psychological breaking points and get them to explore their inner traumas? You know how those sorts of games aren't so much my style?"
Yeah. If you like angsty inner depths, you'll love "Sometimes a Great Notion." But some of us would kind of like some reason to remember why we love all these characters.
