I have to say, "There was a pair of beautiful-buttocked girls in Syracuse" really sounds like a bad translation of the beginning of a ribald limerick. It just fits the pattern of "There once was a man from Nantucket" sorts of limericks so perfectly, except that it's too long.
Two girls with hot asses in Syracuse, were looking for young men to amuse, They hoped to marry and the boys did tarry, but no one could decide who to choose
Too bad I couldn't come up with something dirtier, but it does relate to the story somewhat...(I'm not sure if my syllable or metrics are correct, but it's the best I could do in 5 secs of poetry writing)
