I swear, this kid (who reminds me of SMNH), is thinking, "The man holding me has enormously freaky ears!"

It is clear, however, from the picture, that Obama knows well how to hold a baby. I'm guessing that's something you get a lot of practice with, running for President.

Other "high"lights of today have included Mac reacting to me taking away the digital camera by biting my foot, taking off his diaper so that he could poop more conveniently on the rug (to be fair, I missed the 5 seconds of warning signal he gave me because I was on the phone), and then me totally freaking out when I found him covered with red streaks on his chest and leg, only to discover he had found yet another marker.

I Want A Job. Not to get away from Mac, though on days like today that's tempting, but because darnit, I've got more useful skills to offer the world than 5 ways to clean poop off the carpet!

Poor Ori! *hugs* Sorry I haven't got anything more constructive to offer than that, but, yeah, jobs are good.

Holy cow! What are the five ways to clean poop off a carpet? I mean, I agree with you, but I only know one way, and that seems like a handy piece of knowledge.

In the hopes that you will find this unnecessary:

1. Paper towel and a plastic bag, for the solids.
2. An enzymatic cleaner - SuperSolution or some such thing.
3. A little bit of laundry detergent, brushed in.
4. A little bit of dishwashing liquid.
5. My favorite and I think the most effective - ordinary white vinegar.

Not that anything's been entirely effective in some locations, sadly...

I'd so much rather be teaching about the 3rd century AD economic crisis, though...

Thanks!

And I agree, you should be teaching about 3rd century AD history too...
