1. Paper towel and a plastic bag, for the solids. 2. An enzymatic cleaner - SuperSolution or some such thing. 3. A little bit of laundry detergent, brushed in. 4. A little bit of dishwashing liquid. 5. My favorite and I think the most effective - ordinary white vinegar.
Not that anything's been entirely effective in some locations, sadly...
